Taking the step into therapy is a significant decision. It is crucial that you find the right therapist. My aim is to make that initial first step as comfortable and supportive as possible, so that you feel safe and understood right from the start. Fostering a safe space, tuning into your specific needs is also crucial when it comes to creation of your bespoke therapy.

I work with adults and young people dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, addiction, eating disorders, autism and ADHD, relationship and family problems, cultural trauma, sexuality, sexual trauma, domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, fertility problems, pregnancy loss, divorce, disability, chronic pain, physical illness, bereavement and much more.

The problems we face in life are often deeply rooted and might involve touching upon childhood trauma or perhaps, reflecting on parts of that you may not feel acceptable or are afraid of. Delving into these areas is never easy, yet it is my experience the reward of this challenging work is fruitful in building confidence, clarity and zest for life.

The creation of a safe space dedicated to your wholeness means working holistically and collaboratively, in a way that meets you where you are. Whilst being able to tap into when is the right moment to stretch and challenge you. Together, we can begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and how they intertwine with your story, past and present. You may then find yourself finding new ways of moving forward in life that may have before seemed unimaginable.
